An extra bit of flair. No one has ever accused the Porsche 911 of being a sports car that’s not fun to drive. Some enthusiasts, however, do have a problem with the entire 911 lineup’s styling. The 911 has always had the same basic shape and look, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but TechArt has worked its magic on giving the lineup an extra bit of magic. The German tuning company has released its Carbon Sport Package for the 911 range that adds a host of carbon-fiber elements to the models.



The Carbon Sport Package can be added to the 911 Carrera, 911 GTS, 911 Targa, 911 GT3 and 911 Turbo. Customers can choose which parts they want to be finished in carbon fiber and, depending on the model, have a variety of components to explore. For instance, the base 911 Carrera can have the spoiler, air outlet grille, wing mirrors, rear diffuser and front splitter finished in carbon fiber. The Carbon Sport Package for the 911 Turbo is the most comprehensive and includes all of the carbon parts on the Carrera, but adds aerowings, side air intakes, rear louvres, front grille surround and a host of other trims. As previewed here, the 911 GT3 RS with the Carbon Sport Package looks incredible.
